• For industries and businesses interested in bulk quantities of custom zippers (&/or zipper pieces such as just zipper chain or sliders) please submit the following form to give us an idea what you'd like.
• Other individual special requests for hats or zipper variations can be e-mailed here, and we will try to accomodate your request as soon as we can.
  Please note = at the moment, we are not accepting cosplay commissions for any custom items -other- than wig-styling or Organization coats. The above e-mail is not for costume-related requests. Thanks for your understanding.
• Individuals, costumers, crafters : we'd like your suggestions for future items. (Your vote counts! Nearly every item in our current inventory is due to our visitors giving us feedback.) Please visit our forum to let us know if there is anything you'd like to see:

• We offer samples - please e-mail here if you are interested, before you place your order.
  • Small cuts of zipper teeth are available to color match or size our zippers.
  • Likewise, you may also request a sample of our fleece colors before purchasing a hat.
  • Additionally, we can send extra samples (of either zipper teeth or fabric) with a recently completed order, provided we are informed before the package ships out.
  • Customers are responsible for requesting samples prior to ordering, in order to best avoid the need to return. Zippers may be returned in an unused state, but only the purchase price will be refunded. (Shipping and confirmation both ways wil not be refunded. Purchasers may opt to hand-deliver zippers in person at one of our conventions for a refund &/or trade.)

[ Shipping Questions ]

• Online tracking for most orders should be forwarded to the e-mail that submitted your payment. If for any reason you did not receive this shipping notification mail, you can view general info of all daily shipments on our public log here.
• If your order was sent via Express Mail, which includes a delivery-time guarantee, and it did not arrive by the deadline, please contact us here and we can refund your shipping.
• The "shipping" price on our online shopping cart includes all handling/packing/notification fees in addition to the physical postage. There are no additional separate handling charges. If you would like to request alternate services (such as economy Parcel Post) to see if the shipping cost can be reduced for your particular order, you must e-mail here to see if we can meet your request. If you are looking for possible shipping discounts, do not check-out on the online shopping cart. We will invoice you manually in such a case. Please allow for a few days to process your order in this way.
